The wig product we offer is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures below 120°C. The recommended temperature range for styling is around 70-90°C, as higher temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Our wigs cannot be dyed, as they lack the hair cuticle necessary to retain color for an extended period. Additionally, the hair cream rinse inside the wig cap cannot be washed out.

To wear the wig, follow these steps: a) Gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb; b) Put on the wig cap; c) Place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle; d) Secure the wig in place.

For cleaning and care, detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb, then shampoo in cold or warm water. Soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse with water, and dry with a towel. Gently shake the wig to restore its style, then allow it to air dry.

Shedding and tangling are normal, especially when wearing the wig for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to brush the hair from end to root, which will prevent further shedding and tangling. For curly wigs, it is recommended to comb with your fingers.

The hairstyle may vary slightly from batch to batch, as the wigs are trimmed by hand. You can restyle the wig to suit your needs. The color may also differ slightly depending on your personal computer or cell phone monitor settings, but we strive to accurately represent the colors on all our products.

Please note that due to packaging or transportation, the wig may be out of shape when you receive it. This can be easily remedied by combing it or using an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will then appear the same as in the picture.

The wig is approximately 12 inches/30 cm in length, and the maximum circumference of the adjustable cap size is around 20-21 inches/51-53 cm, with a normal error of 1-2 cm. The package includes 1 wig.
