The ideal temperature range for styling is typically around 70-90°C, as excessively high temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Our wigs cannot be dyed, as they lack the hair cuticle structure necessary to maintain the color for an extended period. Additionally, the hair cream rinse within the wig cap cannot be washed out.

To properly wear the wig, follow these steps: a. Gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb. b. Put on the wig cap. c. Place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle. d. Ensure the wig is securely in place.

For cleaning and care, follow these instructions: - Use a wide-tooth comb to detangle the hair. - Shampoo the wig in cold or warm water. - Soak for 1-3 minutes. - Rinse with water. - Dry with a towel. - Gently shake the wig to restore its style, and then allow it to air dry.

Shedding and tangling are normal, especially when wearing the wig for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to gently remove the excess hair, starting from the ends and working towards the roots. This will prevent further shedding and tangling.

Please note that for curly wigs, it is recommended to use your fingers to comb through the hair.

The hairstyle of the wig may vary slightly from batch to batch, as they are hand-trimmed. You can restyle the wig according to your preferences. Additionally, the color may appear slightly different depending on the display settings of your personal computer or mobile device. We strive to accurately represent the colors of all our products.

Please note that due to packaging or transportation, the wig might be slightly out of shape when you receive it. Do not worry, as you can easily comb it or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will look the same as the picture.

The wig is approximately 22 inches/55 cm in length, and the maximum circumference is around 21-22 inches/53-55 cm, with a normal variation of 1-2 cm. The size is adjustable to ensure a comfortable fit.
