Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material commonly referred to as "high-temperature resistance fiber." This material allows the wig to be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures up to 120 degrees Celsius. However, it is generally recommended to use a temperature range of around 70-90 degrees Celsius when styling the wig, as higher temperatures may potentially cause damage to the hair.

The wig is not suitable for dyeing, as the material lacks the necessary hair cuticle structure to retain color for an extended period. Additionally, hair creams and rinses cannot be effectively washed out of the wig cap.

Regarding the wig wearing steps, it is advised to gently comb the wig (excluding curly wigs) with a specialized comb. Next, secure the wig cap using the provided buckle. Finally, spray the wig with a care solution and style the hair as desired.

For cleaning and care, begin by straightening out the wig. Then, add a small amount of shampoo to cold water and soak the wig for 5-10 minutes. Gently press the wig to wash it, then rinse thoroughly with water. After air-drying, you can optionally spray a small amount of care solution onto the wig.

It is important to note that occasional color differences may occur due to factors such as computer monitors, shooting lights, camera pixels, and personal perception of color variations. These factors can sometimes lead to slight disparities between the actual product and its online representation.

It is not uncommon for wigs, especially when worn for the first time, to shed slightly. This is a normal occurrence and should not be a cause for concern. Additionally, the cap size of the wig is adjustable, with a maximum circumference of approximately 20-21 inches (51-53 cm), and a normal error margin of 1-2 cm.
